I’M OFFICIALLY OUT OF OFFICE! 🇺🇸🗽

I’m hanging the focus mitts up until Wednesday 4th as I head over to New York to take a 26.2 mile NEW YORK CITY tour 🏃‍♂️💨
Cheeky wee tour over the 5 boroughs!

The classes are being left in the very safe hands of Sal, so make sure you get your arses down to training and show some love and support for Sal’s BoxSing! 🥊

Thanks brother. 🖤👊

Great end to the week!

A solid night of controlled sparring, great work everyone. 🫡

To quote a line from one of my favourite movies and an absolute classic:

“Nobody is wasting nobody.”

Well done, everyone.
