Due to roadworks you will be unable to access our car-park in South Park Drive via Longbridge Road (A124) until Saturday 22nd August at the earliest. Barking regulars will know Kieran O'Hara (you've probably seen the back of him because he regularly finishes in around 15:30).
Huge congratulations to Kieran on being selected to represent England in the Commonwealth Games men's T20 1500m which took place on Monday evening.

It’s the last Saturday of the month so once again we will be welcoming 5K Your Way Move Against Cancer to Barking for their end-of-month run with us. Afterwards they’ll be meeting at the newly reopened Lakeside café in Barking Park. ☕🌳

Whether you've walked, jogged, run, volunteered, or simply want to meet others affected by cancer, they’d love to see you. Come along for a friendly chat, a hot drink, and the chance to connect with people who understand.
