Lately Iāve felt a strong pull to slow down a little⦠to spend less time trying to create or be seen and more time simply living.
To breathe āØ
To learnāØ
To healāØ
To growāØ
To reconnect with myself away from pressure, outside noise and constantly feeling like I need to āhave it all figured outā.
Today I sat down to start writing out my first online program that I drafted and planned to launch for the Summer Solstice and I just thought⦠āWhat am I doing?ā.
Queenhood was created from a space of me seeking Inner Beauty, Balance & Lots of Love in my life⨠and right now I feel like Iām drifting away from that.
Iāve never had aspirations to be an Online Coach and I thought I could show up and do the studio the same way I did last time but ofcourse that didnāt work out and times have changed so much since the first time round. And just recently Iāve really felt so turned off by being my own brand and having to be so heavily present on social media.
Right now I want to be more present in the moment, enjoying life.
So for now, Iām allowing myself a softer season š»
Iām not sure what this means for Queenhood right now and Iāve decided Iām ok with that.

Spring isnāt asking me to rushā¦

To soften where Iāve been hard.
To release what Iāve outgrown.
To trust that everything shifting in my life right now is making space for something more aligned, more abundant, more ME.
This is my season of becoming.
Not forcing. Not chasing. Blooming.
Iām not the woman I was in Winterā¦
and Iām not fully who Iām becoming yet eitherā¦
but I honour her in-between.

Hi Queens!
I know Iāve been a little quieter recentlyā¦
To be fully honest Iāve lost a bit of my magic recentlyā¦
And the ability to see the magic in the world.
I think things have felt a bit miserable and heavy for a lot of us in Jan and Feb. From things in the media that Iāve spoken about recently and just the weather, getting back on our feet financially after Christmas etc. A lot of people Iāve spoken to have felt like life is a bit of a slog the past two months.
Full transparency. A few weeks ago, Valentineās Day, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a man on a night out and it was very triggering for me. My anxiety levels have been sky high since, so much so that for days after I didnāt want to leave my house. I havenāt struggled with anxiety like that in such a long time and Iāve been working on regulating my nervous system again and creating peace in my thoughts again. It didnāt help that I had another unpleasant encounter with yet another drunk man the week after when Iād just pulled myself togetherā¦
Anyway that being said, this time has forced me to slow down and reflect and really look at the life I want for myself this year. Not what I think I should be doing but what will actually makes me happy. As a coach I encourage and guide this type of reflection with my clients and this time it was my turn. Although it was forced from something negative it turned out to be very needed and for that Iām actually grateful āØšš½
Iām going to continue this state of reflection for a little longer I havenāt quite got it all figured out but I have definitely had a big moment of clarity today after a session with a lovely marketing consultant. Where in business this would be called a restructure for me this is REALIGNMENT because Queenhood isnāt just a business to me. Itās a mission, a purpose, a promise to women, a community and a lifestyle ⨠so if Iām a little quieter for a little longer just know Iām working on my magic behind the scenes š«š„°
