🌟 How many sports do you know where you can compete against/play with multiple generations of your own family? That's what makes bowls so unique. 😊

Several of our Town ladies have come across this lovely family whilst playing in County friendlies v Gloucestershire... We're also very lucky at Basingstoke Town to have a Nan/Grandson and Grandad/ Grandson at our own club.. Such a blessing ❤️

Why not give bowls a go... It may just spark a new passion in your own family!!

🌟 We may be a small club, but what a season we’ve had! 🎉👏

As another bowls season draws to a close, it’s time to celebrate some of the fantastic achievements of our members and teams. From local competitions through to County and National stages, there’s been plenty to be proud of:

🏆 Bowls England – Mixed Pairs Last 16
🏆 Bowls Hampshire – Men’s Two Wood Triples Champions
🥈 Bowls Hampshire – Junior Men’s Singles Finalist
🏆 Hants & Berks Cup – Champions
🏆 B.D.B.A. – Fours Champions
🥈 B.D.B.A. – Two Wood Triples Finalists
🥈 B.D.B.A. – Rinks League Runners Up
🏆 Whitchurch League – Division 1 Champions

Behind every result are the players, supporters, captains, committee, working teams and everyone who makes The Town such a great club to be part of. So, as we start to think about putting bowls away for another year, a huge congratulations and thank you to everyone who has played their part this season. 🙌🎉

🏆On your marks, get set.... Finals Weekend!🏆

A huge well done to all of our finalists who gave their all on the green and made for a fantastic weekend of bowling, in spite of the changeable weather! 👏🎉

Special congratulations to all our new champions! 🏆🥇

A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the weekend such a success — from setting up/preparing the green, to feeding everyone, keeping things running smoothly, cheering from the sidelines, and clearing everything away afterwards...🙌... It really was teamwork on and off the green. That’s what makes Basingstoke Town such a great club. 🥰👏

🌟 A wonderful evening at Basingstoke Town! 🌟

What a lovely evening we had at the club tonight, with 24 ladies from Basingstoke Town, Oakley Bowling Club & Howard Park Bowls Club coming together for an evening of friendship, laughter and bowls. 💙💛

As last year’s Ladies League winners, we were really proud to host this year’s Shield Presentation and very happy to pass on huge congratulations to the ladies of Oakley on their well-deserved success this year! 🏆👏

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and to all those who helped behind the scenes to make the evening such a success.
Here’s to many more evenings like this! 🥂

🌟 Dolly Gore Trophy Day! 🌟

Four of our Basingstoke Town ladies – Jan, Tracy, Anita & Rachel – proudly represented the North of Hampshire today at Banister Park Bowling Club in the Dolly Gore Trophy, where the four areas of the County battle it out, with 6 rinks representing each area. 🏆

The North got off to a fantastic start this morning with a great win over the East, sending them through to face the South in this afternoon’s final showdown. 💪💙💛

It was a real battle on the green, with the North fighting hard right to the very end. They may have just missed out on top spot, but a fantastic performance saw the North finish as runners-up, with East taking third place and West fourth. 👏🥈

A huge well done to our ladies for proudly representing both Basingstoke Town and North Hampshire – fantastic bowling, team spirit and camaraderie throughout the day! 💙💛

Runners-up today, but winners in our eyes! 🥈👏

What a fantastic afternoon for Basingstoke Town Bowling Club! 💙💛

Congratulations to Charlie May, Ian Willson, Adam White & Frank Mike England, who took on Tony, Matt, Kevin & Lesley of Howard Park in this afternoon’s BDBA Fours Final.

And what a performance it was! 👏👏 Town's four played some superb bowls to take the title with an impressive 22–8 victory! 🏆

A brilliant team effort and another trophy heading back to The Town! 💙💛

Huge congratulations, lads — thoroughly deserved... and well done to Howard Park for reaching the final stage of this competition.
