What kind of mover are you? 👀

One of the things we love about Parkour, Freerunning and Tricking is that there isn’t just one way to move, think or create.

🟦 THE STRATEGIST — PARKOUR
You see the problem. You find your solutions. You choose the best one. Parkour is about reading the environment, adapting and finding an efficient way from A to B.

🟪 THE VISIONARY — FREERUNNING
You see possibilities. Where someone else sees a wall, rail or obstacle, you see opportunities to move differently. Explore the environment, break away from the obvious and create your own route.

🟥 THE ARTIST — TRICKING
You see a blank canvas. Kicks, flips, twists and transitions become your colours. Learn them, combine them and start painting with movement.

The best part?

You don’t have to be just one.

You might approach a challenge like a Strategist, see an opportunity like a Visionary and then move like an Artist.

We train together. We learn from each other. But ultimately, everyone gets to discover their own way to move.

That’s what PFT is all about.

PFT BUILDS FITNESS 💪

When people think of fitness, they often think of running, lifting weights or traditional exercise.

At PFT, we build fitness through movement.

Parkour, Freerunning and Tricking might look very different, but all three constantly challenge athletes across the 5 S’s of Fitness:

💪 Strength — climbing, hanging, jumping and vaulting.
⚡ Speed — sprinting, reacting, accelerating and changing direction.
🔥 Stamina — repeating skills, building runs and maintaining focus as you tire.
🤸 Suppleness — kicking, reaching, twisting and creating shapes.
⚖️ Stability — balancing, landing, connecting movements and redirecting with control.

And that’s one of the things we love about our sports.

Fitness isn’t necessarily the activity itself, it’s built through doing something you enjoy.

Every jump attempted, wall climbed, skill repeated and run completed is developing a more capable athlete.

And whether their passion becomes Parkour, Freerunning or Tricking, they’re developing physical qualities that can support them far beyond our gym.
