PFT BUILDS FITNESS đź’Ş
When people think of fitness, they often think of running, lifting weights or traditional exercise.
At PFT, we build fitness through movement.
Parkour, Freerunning and Tricking might look very different, but all three constantly challenge athletes across the 5 S’s of Fitness:
💪 Strength — climbing, hanging, jumping and vaulting.
⚡ Speed — sprinting, reacting, accelerating and changing direction.
🔥 Stamina — repeating skills, building runs and maintaining focus as you tire.
🤸 Suppleness — kicking, reaching, twisting and creating shapes.
⚖️ Stability — balancing, landing, connecting movements and redirecting with control.
And that’s one of the things we love about our sports.
Fitness isn’t necessarily the activity itself, it’s built through doing something you enjoy.
Every jump attempted, wall climbed, skill repeated and run completed is developing a more capable athlete.
And whether their passion becomes Parkour, Freerunning or Tricking, they’re developing physical qualities that can support them far beyond our gym.
Three sports. One community.

PFT isn’t one size fits all. 🤷‍♂️
One of the things we love most about Parkour, Freerunning and Tricking is that two athletes can train alongside each other, on the same equipment, with the same coaches — and be working towards completely different things.
In Parkour, an obstacle becomes a problem to solve. One athlete might be working on jumping further, another on balance, another on finding a completely different way through the space. It requires focus, decision-making and an understanding of your own ability.
Tricking gives athletes a huge library of kicks, flips, twists and transitions to explore. As those skills develop, athletes can remember, connect and experiment with them to create combinations and styles of their own.
Freerunning takes that individuality even further. The environment becomes an opportunity for creativity: not simply “How do I get from here to there?” but “What can I create along the way?”
And although everyone is on their own journey, they’re not doing it alone.
We train together. We encourage each other. We celebrate each other’s wins. We’re one community — but nobody’s individual performance determines whether the team wins or loses.
For some young people, that’s exactly the sporting environment in which they thrive.
Not everyone needs to fit the sport. Sometimes they just need to find the movement that fits them. 🫡
