✨ Pilates classes are back! ✨
Classes start again this week at The Lucy Pygott Centre on Thursday and Friday.
Our classes in Hook start next week, and I have a few spaces that have become available in my Tuesday evening class at 8:05pm at Life Church, Hook.
If you’d like to join us for the next block of classes, just drop me a message — it would be lovely to have you! 💕

I also have a few spaces available for private Pilates sessions.
Private sessions are perfect if you have specific areas you’d like to strengthen, are returning to exercise, or would simply like a programme tailored specifically to you and your needs.
🏡 Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home and are completely personalised to you.

If you’d like to find out more about either the group classes or private sessions, just send me a message. 😊

Looking forward to getting everyone moving again! 💪✨

A massive thank you to my amazing Pilates crew for giving up their Friday night for a photoshoot! 📸❤️ It was definitely hot, but we had so much fun — and I’m thrilled with the incredible photos we captured.
A huge shout-out to the very talented Steffen Rohr for working his magic behind the camera. 🙌📸
Couldn’t have done it without you all! 💕

🌞 Hello August! 🌞
I'm keeping all of my Pilates classes running throughout August on a PAYG basis, so you can book whenever it suits you over the busy summer holidays!

✨ It's the perfect way to:
💛 Keep up with your Pilates routine
👯 Bring a friend or family member along
☀️ Try a class without committing to a full term

Some classes are already fully booked, but there are still plenty of spaces available.
👉 Book your spot today through my website – I'd love to see you in class this August! ☀️💙
