Can I tell you a little secret? I didn't actually pack the subscription boxes this month! I stayed working with new packing assistant Jo a few months ago, and now it's got to the point where I can give her everything and she packs it all up for me!

It's actually really hard for me to let go of all the little details of running my business, but I know that I can't do everything! If I'm going to move forward with the business I have to let other people do more of the work. So this is the first step - it's a bit scary but Jo is doing a great job so it's good to be able to leave this in her hands 😊

This August, we're diving into screen printing with a really simple version of this craft that you can make from scratch at home. You'll create your own screen inside an embroidery hoop, then use it to print a beautiful swallow design onto a tea towel (or your own design, if you prefer). It's a surprisingly quick and satisfying process, and you'll come away with a lovely hand-printed tea towel and a new skill to use again and again.

This kit is such a fun approach to screen printing, it really makes you want to start printing on everything!
