A few pictures from last weekends mentorship with the guys running through our “Bench Weights” workout after coaching some of our clients through it.
Not an easy program, but a great full body one.

It’s that time again.
Yesterday the coaches all weighed in, ran through the shots they wanted from the photographer, did the Calisthenics class with our members, coached our members through a workout and then did that workout themselves as the photographer captured their focused energy, and finally took their posed shots as a reminder of how well they are progressing on their journeys.
2.30 until 9.30pm yesterday and a lot to cover today.

7 isometric holds -
Front plank

Dish hold
Cobra
1 minute in each hold - understanding how to connect to the tension and actively apply it.
2 min hang from a bar.
Try it and see how you do.
This is a good starting point 2-3 days per week for some simple home training.
