Good morning. ☀️

Whatever today brings, face it with confidence, kindness, and a smile. Progress doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to keep moving forward.
Enjoy your day. You've got this. 💙

What's one thing you're looking forward to today?

I accidentally signed up for two marathons in three weeks...

My legs still haven't forgiven me.
My trainers have accepted their fate.
My watch keeps calling every run "easy" just to wind me up.

One run at a time... and one pair of trainers closer to retirement. 😂🏃‍♂️👟

The miles are building up ✅
14.65km in 1:35:29 at a 6:31/km pace. One step closer to the Swindon Half Marathon. Trust the process. 💪

Speed session complete! 🏃‍♂️💨
10-minute warm-up, 4 x 2:30 hard efforts with 2:30 recovery, then a 10-minute cool-down.
Fast reps: 5:24 • 5:18 • 5:19 • 5:19 min/km 🔥
Consistency is improving and fitness is building. 💜

The road to the London Marathon 2027 starts today. 🏃💜
First training block, with plenty of early mornings, strength training and challenges ahead, but every mile has a purpose.
I'm proud to be running once again for raising funds to support those affected by meningitis and help work towards a world free from the disease.
Here's to the journey. Let's get started.

One week to go… 😳🏃‍♂️
Somewhere between “I’ve got this 💪” and “why did I sign up for this again?!”
Emotions? All over the place 😂
But we’re ready. (I think.)
Next stop: 26.2 miles and a medal 🏅🔥

10 days to go until the London Marathon.
There were plenty of moments I wanted to quit… early mornings, cold and wet runs, tired legs, injures. But I kept showing up.
Not fast. Not perfect. Just consistent.
Never give up.
