Great opening pre-season training session last night for everyone. We continue this weekend with one fixture against a Queens Grads XI at Victoria Park

We commence training on this coming Monday and Wednesday 18.30–20.00 at Wedderburn playing fields . We then have 2 fixtures scheduled next weekend . Perfect opportunity for everyone to get game time.

What a Club!❤️

Last Saturday New Santos FC celebrated our 30th Anniversary.

Early in the day, Team 1996-2011 defeated Team 2012-2026. The Oldies were hanging on to a slim 3:2 lead when we brought on our “secret weapon,” young Finn McGonigle. Finn, 12 years old, went on a mazy dribble and neat finish to round off a 4:2 win. It was great turnout and played in great spirit.

In the evening, we held our Gala Dinner and Awards in Lansdowne Hotel. It was some craic and a few sore heads in the morning. I’m proud of our club - real friends and real team mates.

Thank you to everyone who made the day happen, those who supported our fundraiser and everyone to came to the events.

Huge thanks also to our players partners for their support over the years. Football isn’t everything in life however it means a lot to many of us. Having support at home makes it possible for us .

The work soon turns to preparation for the 2026/27 season.
