🏏🥐☕️Cricket, croissants and coffee made for a fantastic morning at Instow on Sunday as the NDCC Tarka Ladies 2nd XI enjoyed a fun-filled fixture in beautiful surroundings.

There was plenty of laughter, some excellent cricket, and a closely fought match that ended in a draw before a nail-biting Super Over finale 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant event. Keep an eye out for the next one – new faces are always welcome! 🩵🩷

🏏 Weekend Round-Up 🏏

A tough week for availability but great effort from all 4 sides - well played everyone 🧢💪

1️⃣ 1st XI stay TOP of the league after an incredible chase against Bridestowe & Belstone! Jack starred with a superb 134* and Steff added 40* in a brilliant win - a great game of cricket 👏🔥

2️⃣ 2nd XI showed great character in chasing down 245 falling short by 13 runs away at Bradninch & Kentisbeare after a top partnership from Connor Robson & Sam Worthington in another great game of cricket.

3️⃣ 3rd XI battled hard against Shobrooke Park, with Tyler’s 51 the standout in the chase.

4️⃣ 4th XI showed improvement again away at Sandford, with Craig (53) and Mason (32) leading the way with the bat 👏
