Happy birthday to this man, most high level pros focus on fighting themselves, then others when they finish fighting. This man does it at the same time as his own career, he spends countless nights in the gym, a lot of weekends at shows, sacrificing so much of himself for others, he runs community events, but also has a family. Those in our sport know it doesn’t pay well he coaches for the love of it and to give people his knowledge to expand their game. We are forever grateful. What a man ❤️💙

Our young BAM BAM❤️ all ready to go tomorrow morning representing the country in the biggest amateur MMA tournament in the world in Abu Dhabi. Such an achievement to even be selected for the world championships after only doing MMA for about a year. Go get that gold medal champ everyone back home is behind you and super proud 🥇 ❤️

Anyone who knows our club will have seen this little guy around for years. Harry is a diamond of a kid and he struggles with cerebral palsy as well as other health conditions but he lets nothing stop him! He’s been on at us for ages about wanting to get on an inter club so today he got that chance he got to fight against Alfie who is a true gentleman. He had the whole room up cheering. Thank you so much for this today guys this will be something Harry will never forget nor our club!
