Scenario 1...
Fred turns up on a field to do a session, he is wearing his own tracksuit and has a handful of kids turn up...they enjoyed the session.

Scenario 2...
Fred turns up wearing a companies logo tracksuit, pulls of the same session but has a few more kids turn up....same out come, kids enjoyed it..

Morale of the story...don't get pulled in by a logo/brand....get pulled in by the coach who is running the session...a coach makes the badge...the badge doesn't make the coach...the companies badge can only mis guide you...there are bad coaches who wear badges too

A good coach is a coach who gets the same kids coming back week in week out by the power of there own sessions.

What an amazing turn out on our soccer Saturday older (7-14 year olds) group, today was a fun weekend with letting boys and girls have a go a 3 v 3 games, 8 teams i was able to make.
Kids coming off the pitch happy as they know they all got minutes and no pressure of coaches or parents moaning at them
