🚴Superb sunny shop social ride last Sunday...🚴 Thanks to all who came and shared Fiona's 19-mile twisty-turny route with more hill climbs than previously, but also more hidden cycle paths which some people did not know were so close to their own town.😎 She timed the mystery café stop at Binchester Roman Fort just in time to see some enormous vultures fly over Kynren in the stunning Lost Feather Show.🦅 The sun shined along for our special guest rider: spot Francis who also snapped some photos!🌞 Not sure it will be as hot on our next one - join us on Sunday 1st November.😄

What a weekend! 😎 Ard Rock delivered all the fun: our mechanics Dave and Mike in the e-bike race and just look at our Auckland Cycle Works bikes in the hands of some young 'uns including 1st place on Sunday after completing 7 stages, on BOTH Saturday and Sunday🥇 Well done Luke T and Ben. 🏆 Really windy conditions so credit to all the riders, marshals and exhibitors including Hope Technology Ltd, Schwalbe tires and Hex Components looking great on the Marras.😍

Nice one Martin, you're a legend!
Martin Orton completed the yesterday - 10 days to cycle the 1000 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats, in honour and memory of his grandad and in support of MEND mental health charity that operates from Bishop Auckland and Newton Aycliffe.
The pictures show Martin with his Orro Bikes Venturi and support crew.
We know the work and steep learning curve that Martin went through to achieve this, and we're impressed.
