Pre-season starts on Wednesday 15th July and there’s never been a better time to join.

Whether you’re looking to test yourself or want to try something new, make great friends, stay active and become part of a welcoming community, we’ve got a place for you.

This season we’re 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗖𝟭 following another promotion, while also entering the 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 to provide more playing opportunities and support the growth of women’s rugby.

𝗡𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

We’re still running our 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝟳.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺, the perfect chance to meet the squad, get moving and see what we’re all about before pre-season begins.

Looking for something fun, social and active to try?

Our Wednesday evening sessions are all about:
✅ Fun fitness
✅ Meeting new people
✅ Getting fitter together
✅ Trying something new in a relaxed environment

There’ll be a little bit of rugby flavour in some sessions, but no contact, no pressure, just fun.

Whether you’ve never played sport before, used to play years ago, or just fancy keeping active over the summer… you’re welcome here 💙💗

Promotion felt so nice, we had to do it twice! Last year we made club history and this year we made a statement... Champions of NC 2 Midlands (East) 🍾
