First Post in a while will start posting weekly progress. 50 years old this year and intend to be strongest version 👊🏻

48 years old in a few weeks and still getting stronger.

200kg x 11 12" Axlebar

Event 2 Bognors Strongest 2024 loglift start 60kg up 10kg a round until last man standing.

Result = 🥇 1st place in event

Bognors Strongest Event 1 Deadlift. 1st place in this one.

Newforest Strongest 2024 😁

Couple of Topsets from last week. 103kg x 2 Axle pushpress, 129kg Farmers hold 14 seconds.😁

Strength Conditioning, Ball over Yoke light set 40,50,60,70kg fast as possible. 😁

Farmers Hold 128.5kg each/hand for 20sec, will remain at this weight until 30sec is achieved.😁
