Did you know that we offer a FREE Falls Prevention Course at Bersted Park Community Centre? 😊

Delivered in partnership with AHS Wellbeing and funded by West Sussex County Council Public Health, this 24-week programme is designed to support people who have experienced a fall or who may be at risk of falling 🏃‍♀️

Sessions focus on improving balance, strength and confidence to help people stay active, independent and steady on their feet 💪

📅 Fridays
🕐 1pm - 2pm
▶ Starts 16th October 2026
☕ Tea and coffee available after each session 😊

The classes are free to attend and participants can be referred by their GP. Self-referrals can also be made through AHS Wellbeing ✅

Bersted Youth Club is open every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm for young people aged 11-16.

With activities including football, table tennis, arts and crafts, games and more, it's a great place to make friends, have fun and try something new.

Calling all dance groups, activity clubs and community organisations! 💃🕺

Our hall is available to hire on Thursdays and offers a fantastic flexible space for regular weekly sessions. The hall can be split into two separate areas or opened up into one large space, depending on your requirements 🌟

It's regularly used for activities such as line dancing, with plenty of room for dancing in the centre and seating around the edges, making it perfect for classes, rehearsals and group activities 🎵

This Saturday we'll be opening the doors to the brand-new Bersted Youth Club for local young people aged 11-16 years 🌟

Whether your child enjoys sports, creative activities, or simply wants a place to meet friends and socialise, we'd love to welcome them.

Looking for the perfect venue for your club, class or community group? ✨

Our flexible hall is available to hire on Thursdays between 8:30am and 4pm. The space can be divided into two separate areas or opened up into one large hall, making it ideal for fitness classes, dance groups, meetings, workshops and community gatherings 🎭

Each half of the hall can accommodate up to 200 people theatre style or up to 90 people with tables and seating, giving you plenty of flexibility for your event 🎉
