We have a bolt that has shared off of one of our punch bags. We were lucky the bolt didn’t hit anyone in the head because it came off like a bloody bullet this afternoon. Is there anybody out there in the building trade that could drill out the stud that’s in the wall and reinstall a new one please? So the bag is not only safe again but usable for our kids. Kind thanks for anyone that’s able to help ❤️🙏

If you are not disciplined then stop wondering why you might be feeling overlooked by your coaches. In the amateur boxing gym discipline is non-negotiable.
