Real progress made in Bev’s lesson today working on improving the power phase of her stroke. A definite improvement in speed which now gives me a good challenge to keep up! A few training sessions are on the cards for next week then Gowiththeflo Summer Showdown here we come! 5 of us from SUPscene365 will be there.

ISLANDS in the SUN TOUR
SUP - SUN - SEA - SWIM and STEP BACKS
What a fantastic time we had on Saturday paddling around the beautifully scenic islands in Poole Harbour. Just us for most of the route, so peaceful and calm.
Lovely stop off for our picnic on the south side of Brownsea along with a swim and some step back turn practise (a few more swims involved in this too 🤣).

SATURDAY 1st AUGUST
9 - 2pm
Launch Bramble Bush Bay
Join us for this amazingly scenic adventure tour launching from Bramble Bush Bay (just the other side of the Sandbanks Chain Ferry. We paddle past Green and Furzey islands then on to Round and Long Island where we take a rest stop to enjoy the beautiful scenery and calm atmosphere. We return to the South side of Brownsea island for an extended picnic stop and a chance to swim in the sea or join in with a short Tips n Tricks session.
This tour is not for beginner or novice paddlers. Over 18s only. Board must be 12’ 6 or longer.
Full Pfd and leash mandatory. Please bring plenty to drink and a picnic.
£50 per person
