Another great day at ITF European Championships in Sarajevo with a further 5 medals for the ITF England Team, 2 golds and 3 bronzes!

A great first day at the ITF European Championships in Sarajevo with 2 Golds and a Bronze from the team, leaving England 2nd in the senior medal table after the first day!

Another busy weekend with the ITF E national team as we continue to prepare for the European Championships in Sarajevo this April. It’s an honour to be able to lead the team and seeing their progression week on week.

Back from the 183rd IIC at Celtic Manor in Wales. 300 participants from 20 countries. Thanks to the organisers and the ITF Technical Committee for another great IIC.

Was great to share the weekend with 3 Bournemouth students and other PUMA members.

Thanks to ITF England and the Grandmasters for the opportunity to train and share ideas at the first ITF E Masters Summit. Plenty of food for thought after 4 hours of training and discussion.

Back from great weekend at Stage Elite with over 300 hundred coaches and competitors from 18 countries. I still love training and learning and it was great to have a couple of the other national team coaches there with me. Looking forward to the 2026 edition already!

Today would have been Choi Hong Hi, the founder of Taekwon-Do, 106th birthday.

I was lucky enough to get to train with him in person for 3 days back in September 2,000. Definitely a highlight of my 33 years in Taekwon-Do and an experience I’ll never forget.
