One of the most commonly asked questions we get from schools, funders and other key stakeholders is about resilience. More specifically, how do we measure it as part of our robust monitoring system. The answer isn’t found in a tick box, it’s about identifying the subtle changes in the individual, what they start doing differently, how they show up especially when they don’t feel like it and how they become part of a team 🥊

✨Royds Community Project 🥊

✨Two years ago we launched our Royds Boxing Project, funded by . We initially started delivery at the Woodside Village Centre, but relocated to the Delph Hill Centre so we could expand the project and have an even greater impact on local young people living in that area.

🥊Our mission has always been to use boxing to build resilience, confidence and positive opportunities. Over the last two years, we’ve been fortunate to work with 277 young people from across the area and deliver 309 hours of free boxing sessions.

We’re proud of the impact this project continues to make and grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way. 👏
