At Sporting Weston FC, we are deeply committed to leading the way in female football development. Today, we are proud to launch our roadmap for the next five years—a vision built on long-term growth, player enjoyment, and technical excellence. 🦊⚽️

✅ A Complete Female Pathway: Expanding squad depth to create a continuous, unbroken bridge from Under 7s straight through to Senior Ladies.
✅ Annual Squad Expansion: Launching dedicated new U7s and U12s teams every season to ensure girls enter at the right developmental stage.
✅ Senior Progression: Establishing a new Ladies Reserve Team by 2027/28 to provide a smooth, supported pathway for players graduating from U16s into adult football.
✅ Player-First Philosophy: UEFA-qualified coaching focused on ball mastery, confidence, and tactical understanding in a positive, supportive environment.
