Newest recruits Caya and Toby have been going from strength to strength recently, we’re so proud of them!

They’ve both been showing fabulous work in their schooling, and have recently started their RDA training too - which they have taken to like champs 💫🧡💛

On Friday 29th May, ARC finished up a fabulous half term with our most booked out EVER In-House Clear Round Jumping - specifically for ARC clients on our horses and ponies! 💫

We are still riding the incredible high that the day brought everyone, the energy and enthusiasm from all was infectious. We saw more huge smiles than we could count, from the very first competitor right the way through to the final one 😁 We were thrilled to be able to offer something for everyone; starting with our in-hand Shetland class right the way through to our 70/75cm class! It was also wonderful to see some of our Avon RDA Group riders joining in the fun also 🙌🏻

We are BEYOND proud of every single person who attended - whether it was your first ever experience of jumping a full course, your first experience of a competition environment, your first time trying a new height, or your first time riding that particular horse or pony! The encouragement and motivation from everyone, towards every single rider, and the pride from all riders in themselves, was just incredible to see! 🥹

All of Team Avon are still on Cloud 99 after the most wonderful day yesterday at the Riding for the Disabled Association Mid West Dressage Regional Qualifier! 💫

We are so very proud of all our Avon RDA Group riders who gave it their all, and delivered some stellar performances (and scores too!). And we could not be prouder of our team of incredible horses and ponies who put their best hoof forward, and behaved impeccably all day, enabling our riders to have these huge smiles 😀💙

Jim, Whinny, Nell, Harry, Cricket, Gracie and Storm 💫
All horses that showed us they are the definition of versatile, dependable, and just all round superstars! Every horse has now qualified for the National Championships in July, and most achieving multiple qualifications with multiple riders 🙌🏻

Of the 25 Avon riders who entered, we have an incredible 19 National Championship qualifications!

We’re excited to introduce a range of relaxing and fun activities in our beautiful natural setting. Whether you’re looking for mindfulness, spending time outdoors, or time with our ponies, there’s something for everyone.

🌸 Mindful Nature (16+) – £8
Slow down and reconnect with nature through gentle woodland walks, nature awareness, and creative nature-based crafts.

🐴 Woodland Nature + Ponies – £15
Enjoy the best of both worlds:
• 40 minutes of nature-based activities in the woodland
• 20 minutes of horse-care and mindfulness time with some of our ponies (non-ridden)

🌳 Be Active in Nature – £8
Explore the woodland, play games, and get active outdoors.
Parents/carers should stay and join in with children aged 6 and under.

We especially loved how many riders gave dressage a go for the first time ever! ☺️ Beautiful riding from all and fabulous scores across the board - what an achievement for everyone!! We are so very proud of ALL our riders.

We run in-house, fun, encouraging competitions for our riders every school holiday - a great experience to have a go, and gain some competition experience when you don’t own your own horse! We have classes from total beginners on lead rein, right up to our more experienced Group 4 riders - so there really is something for everyone.

📆 Our next in-house ARC competition will be Clear Round show jumping (starting at 30cm!) on Friday 29th May.
