This is the end of the "GOLD" class this morning at 11.30am - they all look like they are raring to go again!!! Well done to the ladies and gents who turned up at this class and the 9.30am one xx 🥰

Great turnout at all of the classes so far this week - well done to you all!!. Don't forget we have 4 big fans at the classes to help keep you cool, plus we will be low impact and using steady tempos.

Yep - it's hottest day today but earlier in the week, quite a few people indicated that they still wanted to come out and boogie on the dance floor today!!! Instead of my usual 2 classes, we did one class at 10am for 45 minutes for anyone who wanted to come along. 45 minutes was enough 🤣🤣
It was low impact (some still chose to do their usual jumps😃), with about 6 fans and lots of water. Plus some cheeky new songs so they had to use their brains and their body x

Not your typical Zumba class!! When just a handful of hardy stalwarts arrive in this heat - the decision is that it is not viable to run the class. BUT - there is an air-conditioned bar on site - it would be rude not to make the most of it 😍 On the plus side, a lovely little social time which is always a bonus 😃.

Another small business recently opened and I popped in today when they were offering all hot drinks for £1 this weekend !!
So I sat myself down, with my book and had a lovely Americano 😍
If you're around tomorrow, pop in and see them - very friendly,
It is a small venue, with some tables and chairs outside as well.
And they do takeaway if you're on a walk x
Plus they are dog friendly x
There are a few parking spaces outside but I parked on one of the side roads.
