This is how we do Monday nights in Yeovil - pure carnage - but ALOT of fun!

📍 The Gateway, Yeovil

A huge thank you to all to the amazing people who danced with me this evening. You were on 🔥🔥.

This video is possibly one of my favourites along with an amazing class photo - not because my photography has improved it because of all the BRIGHT clothing.

I love that so much.

Want to join the fun? I have 20 spaces left for October on my website. Link in the comments.

• no experience necessary
• beginner friendly
• amazing community
• free parking

Come and dance with us!

Love Amy and the ZDP Girlband 🩷

‘I follow my heart, I follow my truth’!

Seriously .kristin - these lyrics!

Some songs just hit you and this one did that for me - for so many reasons. Especially this week.

But, I trust my heart….

Kristin - sending you love and healing - we will dance together at some point 🫶🏻
