A few words from the gaffer Paul Williams

"The lads did well to come back but didn't really get going tonight, we need to turn up the tempo a bit and start taking our chances".

📅We move on to Saturday with an away fixture to Port of Bristol Mens. The club is returning to it's roots

We turn our attention to a midweek fixture against Shirehampton Football Club A's. Willsy and the boys hope to continue a good start to pre-season taking on Denzs players.

Bar will be open so come on up and support both teams at The shed, Jarretts Road

Another win for the boys. 3 in 3 so far. Both teams had their chances but LWA nicked the win. A big thanks to Southmead FC for hosting. Gents have a good pre-season and we will see you in the upcoming season.

A complete random pre-season match for us last night against HMP Leyhill Prison inmates in hot conditions.

As expected it was a physical game and against a well organised inmates team. The lads ran out worthy winners beating them 6-3 and played out infront of a record attendance of 80 inmates, 8 police officers and a couple of guard dogs!

Everything Lawrence Weston just a few pics taken of the old Lawrence Rovers pitch. Maintenance continues in this heat trying to restore it.

We have had to deal with travellers, fly tippers and vandalism but are hopeful of holding youth football here this upcoming season before we move back in the season of 27/28.

Onwards and upwards
