Bristol Pickleball Club Pickleball is a racquet sport from the USA combining elements of badminton, tennis & table tennis.

Pickleball is a racquet sport of American origin that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis played on a badminton sized court by men and women in doubles and singles. The sport holds tournaments internationally as well as festivals and has become the fastest growing racquet sport in the world. Bristol is now a well established location to play pickleball in the UK alongside the increasing number of other clubs. The sport is lower resistance on the body compared to tennis and badminton so it appeals to a wider audience of all ages. Our weekly sessions include:

Marlwood School, Alveston - Tuesdays 19:30-21:30 - Advanced 3.5+

Orchard School, Horfield - Wednesdays 19:00-21:00 - Beginners and Improver Training

Mangotsfield School, Rodway Hill - Wednesdays 19:30-21:30 - Improver & Intermediate Social Play

Trinity Academy, Lockleaze - Fridays - Social Play
18:00-19:30 - Improvers
19:30-21:30 - Intermediate/Advanced

Look at these beautiful people!!
A big achievement for teammates James Perez, Andy Elliott, Pam Simpson and Clare Savage at today's Wiltshire League event in Swindon. They kept the level steady but effective and then deadly to finish off some very good wins. They finished 2nd again in the top division so it's all set up for the final round next week. Go Bristol!!

Have you heard the fantastic news that new pickleball courts are opening in BRISTOL?!?! The grand opening will be on Saturday, 8th August 2026! 💪🏼🔥🎊

This will be a great opportunity for ANYONE who would like to give pickleball a try 🤓 and for experienced players to take a look at new courts to see if you’d like to make a future booking 🫣

Whether you are a beginner with a teeny tiny interest of playing pickleball or an 8.0 player (no lies), head down to the grand opening to look and try out the courts! 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️🙋
