It was with great pleasure we were able to receive all the way from the North of Manchester. A return trip after OC RFC visited them in 2023

The ground was too hard to play a full match but touch rugby and tug of war provided enough opportunity for all the shapes and sizes.

Safe to say rugby was the winner

Few players settling down and a little less available, so we have some room for some new faces.

One day you'll finish your last pre-season session.

One day you'll pull on the jersey for the last time.

The funny thing is, most rugby players don't miss the tackles, the freezing Tuesday nights or the sore bodies.

They miss the people.

So while you can, train hard. Play hard. Enjoy every minute. Because there will come a day when you'd give anything for one more session under the lights with your mates.

Old Colstonians RFC is still welcoming new players, old players, returning players and anyone who fancies giving rugby a go.

12 local clubs. 11 rivalries. One season ahead of us.

From Ashley Down to Yate, Cleve to Southmead, every fixture will matter and every point will need to be earned.

Pre-season has started. The hard work begins now.

OCs for generations have always been known for living hard and playing hard…

So when they rock up Tuesday you just know there’s some work to do to get them ready for the season.
