Start to challenge your alignment with these Pilates moves. Remember you can always return to a lower level if needed or aim for less reps.

3️⃣Oysters
4️⃣Internal and External Hip Rotations
5️⃣Arm Openings
6️⃣Dart (upper body focus)
7️⃣Table Leg Lift
8️⃣Squats
10-12 reps each/both sides
