👏🏻 APPRECIATION POST 👏🏻

We just want to speak a little bit on this incredible young man Henry for a second!

Without going into details too much Henry found attending sessions little difficult, specific barriers just made particular parts of the session difficult but we as a group (mum, dad, me & H) set Henry a challenge at the start of the month.

Attend 4 sessions in full, back to back & we will buy you a pair of gloves at the end of it….. we had some wobbles, we had some ups and downs but last night Henry smashed it and attended his 4th session 🙌🏼

The remit of gloves was Orange and white - think we done okay 😂

Proud of you buddy honestly immensely proud mate keep pushing and keep shining 🫶🏼

🫡 THANK YOU ZACH 🫡

Yesterday was an emotional day as we said good bye to one of the original OGs Zach.

Having been part of the family for over 5 years now Zach has moved house which means getting to the sessions is extremely difficult each week.

You were the pain in my neck, you tested my patience weekly but my god you were the life and soul of AGK. A huge void is going to be left, your energy, charisma & chaotic nature will be missed mate.

I remember the first session at Danson, everyone said to me how hard you are to coach and engage but to me I see myself & I knew that with the right tailored approach I could make this work & I am so proud I backed myself to do that because I have been so fortunate to see your growth on and off the pitch. You have turned into such a polite and kind young man with the personality of a 60 year old man who loves to moan but deep down it’s because you like me getting onto you about working harder 😂

This one was tough not gonna lie, a huge miss for me personally but I know you’ll carry on smashing it!

See you around buddy 🖤
