✨ A little stillness, a little space to breathe… ✨
I really enjoyed sharing our Yin Yoga practice last night. It was lovely to see the room gradually settle, the fidgeting soften, and everyone find a little more stillness as the practice unfolded. 💛
Yin is such a beautiful reminder that we don’t always need to do more. Sometimes, we just need to give ourselves permission to slow down, be still and simply be.
I hope you all left feeling a little lighter and calmer. 🥰 If you’ve been reflecting on your practice since last night, I’d love to hear how you found it.
And speaking of slowing down…
✨ The Deep Relaxation Event — our last event of the year! ✨
Does anyone else feel a little… stressed? Running on empty? Juggling a hundred different things? Or simply spending so much time looking after everyone else that you forget to take a little time for yourself?
As we head towards the busy Christmas period, I’d love to offer you a little space to pause.
