From the start of the 2024/25 season, for Under 18s and Under 16s there will be weekly training sessions on Fridays (provisionally) at 5-6pm, usually at Kelso RFC, led by a new Borders Girls Head Coach. This training will occasionally be held at other venues

Yesterday 4 of our U16s were invited by Gala RFC Women to be the ball team for their National Bowl Final against Falkirk at Murrayfield. Well done to Ruby, Mia, Holly and Jennifer for a job well done.
A huge congratulations to Gala running out 45-5 winners and taking home their first silverware to Netherdale 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It was also great to see former U18s player Robyn play for her home club on the big stage.

A huge congratulations to the 6 Borders Girls’ who represented the South today at Netherdale.
This was the culmination of all the work done at U15 PDH.
Some lovely skills on show from all players, however we have to mention a ridiculous dummy from Emma to put her through for a try from the half way line!🔴⚪️
