Coach for stuck people. Because life is to short to be sh*t. But what if you want to do things differently? That’s where I come in. Why work with me? Why me?

Let’s Explore How We Can Work Together

The world has a lot to say about how you’re “supposed” to do work and business: hustle harder, hit targets, follow the rules. What if you’re looking for joy in the process, calm in the chaos, and clarity in all the noise? I work with business leaders who are ready to pause, breathe, and reflect. Together, we’ll strip back the “shoulds” and the stress to unco

Do you THINK you deserve money… and lots of it?

Notice your immediate reaction.

Did you feel uncomfortable? Did you question it? Did a little voice in your head say, “Well, I don’t need loads…” or “Money isn’t everything…”?

That reaction is exactly what we’re looking to explore and change.

On Thursday 10th September, we’re going to deep-dive into one of the hardest parts of business to talk about - money - your relationship with it, and the beliefs you hold around making and spending it.

Because the way you think about money can influence far more than your bank balance. It can shape the decisions you make, the opportunities you pursue, what you charge, what you spend and ultimately, what you believe is possible for you.

This isn’t just about making more money.

It’s about understanding what might be getting in the way of you allowing your business to grow, and your life to be better.

So… do you think you deserve money and lots of it?

Find out by coming along to the workshop, book through the link in the bio!

There’s a video of me doing the rounds... 😬

It’s a two-minute clip of me standing in front of a group of senior leaders, getting everyone to sing.

At first glance, it probably looks like a bit of daft fun to break up a day of presentations, but it wasn’t really about the singing, it was about bringing people together.

Because that’s what thriving teams need - leaders who can feel comfortable getting uncomfortable. Those that do can start to trust each other, to communicate, to feel comfortable speaking up, solving problems together, and asking for help when they need it.

Without that? You don’t have a team, you have a group of strangers working alongside one another.

When I work with growing businesses, I’m not there to teach people how to sing (don’t worry! 😂).

I’m there to help people see that while we’re all individuals, the best results happen when we genuinely work as a team. And that only happens when we can show up as ourselves.

If your team feels disconnected, let’s grab a coffee and start scratching beneath the surface.

Chances are, the real challenge isn’t what you think it is.

What would Kim tell her younger (and as she put it, weirdo) self?

The version of herself who felt like a puzzle piece that didn’t fit into any puzzle.

Since starting her business, Kim has decided that running one isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, learning as you go and backing yourself even when it feels uncomfortable.

In this episode, Kim shares the lessons she’s learnt, the challenges she’s overcome, and the advice she’d give to anyone thinking about starting their own business.

Tune in to the Reflective Rebels Podcast wherever you get your podcasts, and hear Kim’s fun, brutal reflections on what it really takes to build and grow a local business.

Anxiety doesn’t always look the way people expect it to.

Sometimes it looks like overthinking every decision.
Sometimes it looks like constantly staying busy.
Sometimes it looks like smiling while you’re drowning on the inside.

I’ve learned that anxiety isn’t something you simply “get over.” It’s something you learn to understand, manage, and be kinder to yourself through.

You don’t have to have it all figured out, you don’t have to be productive every minute of every day.

Give yourself permission to slow down.
Progress isn’t about never feeling anxious, it’s about not letting anxiety convince you that you can’t keep moving forward.

This is what it means to be a Rebel.

To talk freely about the s**t that happens to us.

To focus on the future and not dwell on the past.

To celebrate your successes and believe you are enough.

It’s normal to feel stuck in the bubble of your own business - but it’s time to make a change.

Step away, spend some time with other business owners - and leave feeling supported, happier and inspired.

The Rebels Collective encourages you to step off the hamster wheel.

From book club to walks in the woods, pottery classes to a game of rounders in the park - come do something with us.

Life is too short to be s**t. This is what it means to REBEL.
