Join us this week for pole, classes are suitable for the complete beginner. You don't need experience at all to start, we will work with you from scratch and build you up to see what you can achieve!
The hardest part is coming through the door, once in we guarantee you will have fun having a different all over body workout!

Join her starting September teaching all ages with both our brand new fortnightly Kids classes starting soon and 121 hoop lessons.
"I'm so excited to be joining the team as an aerial hoop instructor. Alongside working as a primary school teacher, I’ve been in the air since I was 16 and qualified as an instructor a couple of years later. You’ll often find me training at The Aerial Coven a couple of times a week! Aerial hoop is my absolute passion, especially seamless flows and high-energy spins! I’ll be teaching our young flyers every other Saturday and will have availability for 1-1 sessions."
