Charlie is Squash mad, he genuinely loves playing and watching the game so to see his love for the game take him to the top in his age group is fantastic. What a brilliant achievement, Well done Charlie!

It’s been a busy weekend at the club hosting two events.

First up on Friday we had our against the clock event where 24 players competed to with the ÂŁ50 prize. Fantastic effort by all with plenty and squash and a good atmosphere all round - well done James Lawson who took the prize.

Next up we hosted the Cumbria Junior County Championships. It’s fantastic to see juniors loving our game and even better to see it done with a smile.
We are super proud of all our juniors for playing, for some it was a case of retaining a title, for others it was a first competition. Special mentions to our new County Champions Meela McLean, Charlie Armstrong, Curtis Grainger, Oscar Rubacs and Finlay Gordon.
