After a few mishaps in Egypt… including being on an IV drip on day three 🫠😂, it was lush to finally enjoy some sunshine with my bestie, make some memories and, of course, laugh through it all ☀️

Anyone who knows me and my bestie knows that no matter how terrible the situation is, we’ll always find a way to make light of it 😂 From getting rescued snorkelling, hating the food to dramatically missing beans on toast… we still had a fab time.

Today was my first day back teaching and I’ve really missed seeing all my students! Can’t wait to see the rest of you over the coming days! 🧘‍♀️🥋

Yesterday was such a beautiful day as we celebrated our lovely kickboxing student Zoë marrying her school sweetheart, Josh 💐

I first met Zoë through kickboxing, before I started teaching, and we clicked straight away. Over the years, our friendship has grown through so many lovely moments, from open water swimming, spa day’s and talking about life to punching and kicking pads together.

Zoë is resilient, kind, compassionate and always thinking of others. I feel incredibly lucky to have watched her grow, both inside and outside of kickboxing.

I’m so proud that Zoë is part of our ladies only kickboxing community, but even more proud to call her my friend. Seeing her marry the person she has loved since school was incredibly special, and I feel honoured that I got to share such an important day with you both.

Congratulations, Zoë and Josh. Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness, laughter and beautiful memories together 🤍

A lovely coffee (as well as apple juice🤣) and cake morning with my Pilates lot after our session today ☕️🧁

We missed everyone who couldn’t stay, but it was so nice to spend some time together and have a proper catch up. A huge thank you to Jools for spoiling us with her homemade sourdough banana bread and lemon drizzle cake. Both were absolutely delicious!

It’s moments like these that make our little community so special. Getting together after a session for a chat, a laugh, and some cake is good for the soul. Such a lovely way to start the week ❤️

At 74 years old, Kirit joins us every Monday at Shi Kon for Pilates and it’s about so much more than exercise.

For Kirit, Pilates is a chance to move his body, connect with his mind, enjoy a regular routine, share some laughs, and be part of a supportive community. Watching him show up week after week is a reminder that movement has no age limit.

Pilates is for everybody, every age, every gender, every ability. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, meet new people, or simply carve out some time for yourself, there’s a place for you on the mat.
