Well done Sarah Flynn Emily Kay Goodman Sarah Challis on an amazing second place podium finish!

And Han | CrossFit Trainer and Jenny McNamara for a solid 7th place 💪

There were the first BMU ever...first BMUs in a competition...hang sn**ch PBs...RX wall walks after so much overhead work 🥴

We love CrossFit for how much stronger we are in our everyday lives for training consistently.

Competing isn't for everyone, but sometimes it's a fabulous thing to see what you've got and give it your all with your mates 🤩
