🎀 Special Breast Cancer Now Awareness Running Session this Monday 🎀

Cancer has touched so many of our lives in one way or another, which is why this cause means so much to many of us.

Although we’re now a women-only group 😉, I’m excited to welcome a special guest and run leader this Monday – Rich May! (He may wear a wig…or just something pink…😊)

Rich is an ambassador for Breast Cancer Now and has dedicated this year to raising as much money as possible for this amazing charity.

Every penny from the session will go directly to Breast Cancer Now.

It would be great to see as many of you there as possible to support a fantastic cause.

✨ WOMENS ONLY RUNNING GROUP ✨

I love seeing so many running groups popping up and the encouragement they bring to help more people get into running.

If you’re looking for a women’s-only running group led by a qualified running coach, I’d love to welcome you to our Beaulieu group.

Unlike many other groups, our sessions are carefully structured so that every runner can work at their own level within the group, while still enjoying a fun and varied session each week.

I’ve coached recreational runners of all abilities for 12+ years, from Couch to 5K beginners through to marathon runners — and every session is designed to help you build confidence, improve your fitness, and enjoy your running in a supportive environment.

Great session this morning, a bit of hills and a bit of speed work on flat surface to mix it up 🙂
Nice to finish off with a coffee afterwards at Belstead cafe in channels (we don’t usually meet here but today we did).

If you’re after a nice social running club where you work at your level within the group - get in touch! We have 5k runners, half marathon runners and marathon runners all working at their individual levels, all progressing with their running (I know it sounds strange how that could work, but it does - so come and check it out!)
