What a day at TJK Cheltenham yesterday.
Yellow white stripe and yellow belt gradings took place across 3 sessions, and every single one of them delivered. The standard was high, the focus was genuine, and the effort from start to finish was exactly what we look for.
These students are building the foundations that every higher belt is built on. Get this stage right and the rest follows. They are doing exactly that.
Sensei Al and Andy are incredibly proud of every one of you. Well done.

A huge thank you to Sensei Lee for an absolutely fantastic seminar this weekend. Over 100 students came together to learn from one of the best, and his teaching was as brilliant as ever.
The message that stuck with us: flexibility is everything, in your mind and in your technique. That philosophy sits at the heart of great Ju Jutsu, and Sensei Lee brought it to life beautifully.
If you were there and did not get your book signed, bring it along to your next class and we will make sure it happens.
What a day. Thank you to everyone who attended.
