Last week we hosted a Y8 8a-side Chester and District tournament on our beautiful playing fields 🌞

It was a great success from start to finish. The boys showed excellent enthusiasm and commitment throughout, listening carefully to advice and putting the tactics they had been given into practice.

They worked hard as a team, supported one another and represented the College brilliantly. Finishing in 4th place was a fantastic achievement, and the boys should be very proud of their efforts!

What a start to the netball season at AGC!

Our U14s travelled to Scarisbrick Hall School last weeknfor their first-round Sisters n Sport Cup match. A superb game saw Ella and Ava make their cup squad debuts. The final score was 13–19 to Scarisbrick, but lots of positives to take from a fantastic first outing!

Our U16s then welcomed Congleton to AGC - the same team we faced in last season’s semi-final. The match was tremendously even from the start, but AGC produced a fantastic third and fourth quarter to finish with a brilliant 29–20 victory!

What a great start to the season! Well done to all the girls - we can’t wait for plenty more netball to come!
