Many of our dancers attended this event, and it was so amazing you see their skills and confidence grow!

It's wonderful to have a thriving Scottish Dancing Community in NE Derbyshire connected to a vibrant national and international community.

What I love about Scottish Country Dancing is it both incorporates those that just want gentle exercise and also has opportunities for people want to to progress and develop their dancing skills.

Worried that Scottish Dancing may be too energetic for your level of fitness?
Worry not! We dance a mixture of dances, fun and fast, elegant and gentle and adapt the class to the people who attend.

Dancer can learn the step or just gently walk through. Scottish country dancing is danced in a 'set' (a group) so it's teamwork and so allows it to be inclusive of people of different abilities.

Honestly, the best exercise! Come and join us beginners' course Wednesday's 6.30-8:30pm The Methodist Church Jaw Bones Hill,

Well really we do it because it's fun, interwsting and gives you a buzz but good to know there are health benefits too!
