8 Weeks of Tournaments finished and we managed 4 Winners, 2 Runner Ups, 2 Semi Finalists & 2 Quarter Finalists. Eckington Winners - Brinsworth Champions - Beighton Champions - West End Terriers Champions.

Since June 1st the lads have played 69 Games, at 10 Tournaments and in 7 Friendlies. Losing just 9 games, Winning 4 Tournaments, Runners up in 2 and Semi Finalist in 2. They have played 7 Friendlies, three with teams a year older and yet they worked together and Won all 7. A lot of people judge success on winning games and Trophies. At Spire Rangers JFC - Under 10s we are a competitive, ambitious team that wins trophies but we go much deeper than that.

The lads are not just team mates, they are best mates that work together as one. It doesn't matter where they are or who is struggling, they bond and work as a team should. They carry each other, they have each others back.
There isn't a week goes by where there isn't at least one sleep over or social event. Training nights are another time for the parents to socialise with almost all the parents on the sideline. Averaging 155 Games per season and travelling over 1,500 miles a year, this is more than just Grassroots Football. This is the Spire Family. Through thick, thin and against all the haters, they move on as one.
August will be a quiet month as the lads are having holiday time and in Spire Fashion most of the holiday time will be spent together.
We couldn't wish for a better bunch of people to share this journey with.
