Dave has been teaching yoga around Chesterfield since 2009. He is a fully qualified and insured teacher, completing his BWY Teaching Diploma under Paul Fox. He is constantly updating his knowledge, attending workshops and weekly classes with internationally recognised teachers.

Quick reminder that there are no Chesterfield classes next week, over half-term. Classes back week of Monday 1st June for 6 weeks (£48 for the block or £10 drop-in).
Matlock classes are on as usual.

Twisted Spire Yoga Matlock classes at FlowMotion.Life are taking a shorter break back Tuesday 7th April ! (N.B. other FlowMotion.Life teachers may have classes on over Easter, please check with them :))
