🥋 LINKS KARATE – AUGUST SQUAD TRAINING 💪

Well done, guys! Everyone absolutely smashed it today at our August Squad Training and fitness session. 🔥

A lot of hard work went into developing not only physical fitness and karate skills, but also mental strength, focus and preparation for the upcoming British Championships. 🇬🇧🏆

Every session counts, and the work we put in now will make the difference when competition day arrives. Please remember, these squad sessions must not be missed. Consistency, commitment and determination are what take you to the next level.

Keep pushing, keep believing and keep working together as a team! 👊🥋

Well done everyone — proud of the effort today! 💪🔥
