Last grade of the day saw Simon Booker pass his Brown grade! With a strong background in Taekwondo it’s always great to see him grade! Strong performance in all areas, especially kicking (obviously!)

Lucy Baker was next taking her Purple grade. A strong performance across the board, striking, kicking and takedowns all looking sharp and precise, and some excellent rounds of sparring with current British Champion

Going for Blue next was John Price. Showing vast improvements with his stamina, takedowns looking sharper and sparring looking much improved, he sailed through this grade!

Next up going for Green, father and son, Kevin and Logan! Both performed exceptionally well, Kevin looking faster and showing massive improvement with his kicks, Logan looking sharper than ever, fast hands, flexibility highlighting his kicks and fluid movement. Excellent results!

An unusual one today, not something we usually do, but Dan Meek also graded for Orange after completing Yellow! He had attended so many sessions and was determined so he was examined on both grades in full! Amazing achievement!

Next up going for Yellow, Dan Meek, Erin O’Leary and Brandon Beck. Superb results from all 3, keep it up!

First up going for White was Lee Hayden. Started doing 121s then added classes and had no intention or interest in grading, but soon changed his mind once he started sparring! Well done!
