A small but very friendly swim school. There is free parking at all of our pools. Lessons six days a week.
Providing swimming lessons for all age ranges, toddlers to adults at pools located at Chantry, Copdock and Wattisham Flying Base. We can provide the full swimming experience from our small learner pool to a full size 25m pool with six lanes and a 3.5m deep end. We now look after ti-athletes who wish to improve their stroke technique. These sessions are at Wattisham on Sundays from 12 noon. Very competitive pricing which ranges from £8 (half hour) per session up £20 per hour.

Thank you to everyone that has paid up for their swimming this term (Term #2). As we break for Easter 30th March to 12th April it would be really helpful if outstanding fees were settled before we break so I dont have to chase people for money whilst on my holidays. Thanks everyone.

A step up from the first exercise with different shapes giving the swimmers a slightly different feeling but still achieving great buoyancy and control.

I've been getting my youngsters to trust their breath control as well as the water and just as important... me. No floats, no use of arms, maybe the odd balancing kick but completely relaxed all in a depth of 3.5m.

For those of you who have a nervous swimmer this can be really useful as it focuses on positives no matter how small.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE. Swimming resumes as of this evening 5th January 2026. I would also add that there are a lot of fees still outstanding and it would be greatly appreciated if they could be sorted out. Thank you. Looking forward to seeing my swimmers to find out how their Xmas went and what Santa had left them on Xmas day.
