📢 Announcement of Elections!
❗️Important: if you want to get involved, you need to have membership, purchased no later than Wednesday 28th March❗️
📅Nominations open on Wednesay 6th March. This can be found on the SU website.
📅Our AGM will be held before elections. This will be held on Wednesday 13th March from 7.30 pm.
🗳Voting will then take place online for a period of 48 hours.
The positions we will be electing are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Publicity Officer, Welfare and Media Officer, and Social Secretary.
We have included the constitutional responsibilities of these positions. However, this is just to give you an insight into the nature of the role and is by no means exhaustive.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

It's Skool Dayz, so dig out your shirts and ties👔
We will be in the SU Atrium, so you WILL need a circling and event ticket, make sure to get one before they sell out⏰️

We will be heading to Symphony Hall in Birmingham next Thursday, 29 February, to the Bevolent Fund Concert.
Conducted by Sakari Oramo, with the violinist Daishin Kashimoto, the CBSO will perform Elgar's Cockaigne, Mozart's Violin Concerto no. 5 and Sibelius' Symphony no.5.
Tickets are £5. We will buy the tickets together, so please fill out the form below by Sunday if you would like to come!

We will be giving a Lunchtime Concert, this Thursday at 1pm, in the Ensemble Room. It will be a varied programme, showcasing the fantastic talent within our society.
Free hot drinks will be provided afterwards.

You are invited to the annual Music Centre Ball!
It will be held on Saturday 13th January from 7.30pm at Chesford Grange Hotel.
Tickets can be purchased via the SU website. It includes transport, a three course meal, music courtesy of big band, and wine!
