There’s a change to Tuesday night’s plans — and it’s a good one! 👀

On Tuesday 11th August, we’ll welcome the Newcastle Red Bulls Academy to the Arena as they join us for our Open Training Session.

Come down and get an up-close look at preparations for the new season, including:

⚪ Run-throughs
🔵 Skill circuits
⚪ Conditioned games

We’ll round off the evening with a BBQ and meet & greet, giving supporters the chance to meet our new coaches and players, alongside the Red Bulls boys who’ll be linking up with Mowden during the 2026/27 season. 🤝

A great opportunity to see the partnership in action and get a taste of what’s to come this season. 💪

🍽️ Position: Pot Wash (No experience required), Bar Staff (Experience required), Food Waiting Staff (No experience required)
📍 Location: The Darlington Arena, Neasham Road, Darlington
⏰ Hours: Casual Hours (Mainly Friday, Saturday)
📅 Start Date: September 2026
🎂 Age Requirement: Pot Wash age 16 +, Bar Staff age 18+, Food Waiting Staff age 16+

✅ Responsibilities- Pot Wash ✅
-Washing pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment
-Keeping the kitchen wash area clean and organised
-Assisting the kitchen team where required
-Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

✅ Responsibilities- Bar Staff ✅
-Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude
-Preparing and serving beverages
-Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised
-Always delivering excellent customer service

Tonight, we're guests of chairman Alan Britton, owner of Britcroft Logistics, for an exclusive truck driving experience.

Alan is kindly offering us and our friends at Darlington 41 Club the chance to drive his brand-new HGV!

It only got its livery today, so the Chairman's a bit nervous about us putting it through its paces! Replacing the truck would be one thing - replacing The Darlington Arena would be another!
