🧤 Doncaster Belles are launching a dedicated girls-only goalkeeper training programme at Club Doncaster Sports Village, open to all girls aged 5–16 from across the Doncaster area.

📅 Every Tuesday, starting 18th September
⏰ 5–6pm or 6–7pm
📍 Club Doncaster Sports Village

These sessions are designed specifically for young female goalkeepers - whether taking their first steps between the posts or building on existing experience - in a supportive, girls-only environment.

Free for all Doncaster Belles players.

Spaces are open to girls across Doncaster, not just those currently signed with the club. Come and find out if you’ve got what it takes to be our next number one.

We’re Recruiting: Academy Player Development Lead ⚽️💛💙

Doncaster Belles are looking for a Player Development Lead to join our Academy/Emerging Talent Centre programme on a part-time basis (10 hours per week).

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of female footballers - leading the technical and tactical delivery of our Player Performance Plan and helping our young players progress through the pathway toward the first team.

You’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Designing and delivering our coaching and player development programme
🔹 Supporting the holistic development and wellbeing of ETC players
🔹 Managing player transitions between age groups and phases
🔹 Line managing part-time coaches within the programme
🔹 Working closely with our medical, sports science, analysis and education teams

What we’re looking for:
✅ UEFA coaching qualifications
✅ A passion for developing female talent
✅ A collaborative, high-energy approach that reflects our club values
