πŸ’œ Magic is back! πŸ’œ

This dog never ceases to amaze me and my love for her is never-ending.

Just over 7 months ago she had a freak accident and dislocated her right hip, thankfully it went back in with no issues but I was told that she might not get back to agility and if she did the journey wouldn't be easy.
For me, the dog always comes before the sport so we had to take alot of time off (5 months). This was the hardest thing for me to do and i'll admit there were times I was tempted to rush it but I couldn't bare risking it and losing the chance to get her back to agility.

On her first proper run back at agility, she won the YKC Pairs qualifier at Wallingford with Lyla Mason. Qualifying her for Crufts 2027! πŸ’š

Then today at Otley, she had a lovely run in her G6-7 agility this morning with a blip from me costing us the win. Magic then went on to win the C4-7 Agility with a lovely speedy clear. 1st strike to Grade 7!

The biggest Thank you to Izzy Austin and Millhaven Canine Rehabilitation for looking after her and ensuring Magic had the best recovery possible.

Bit late as wasn't sure whether to post them or not...

But here's my courses from Scunthorpe Champ Show on the Sunday. Really enjoyed judging these as people tried multiple options and both ran smoothly. ❀️

Better late than never I guess πŸ™ˆ

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Our runs from the Junior Team GB Tryouts last weekend, I was so proud of him. He just knocked a pole in the Jumping which was my fault, then he was cheeky deciding to run his DW and just missing his A-fram in the agility but we held on. ❀️

I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't upset when I didn't get on the team last year, but looking back now it has helped me come back stronger this year and we will give it everything at the final tryouts πŸ’ͺ
